A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a high performing sales professional to join a successful independent receivables finance business in a leadership position. Based in the South-East of England, you will assume responsibility for the day to day management, motivation and performance of a small existing sales team. In addition, you will be tasked with building and developing the team and increasing the company’s regional offering throughout the country. The successful candidate will also be able to display a successful track record of selling within the invoice finance space as well as the ability to promote the organisation’s brand and offering throughout the wider business community. This role would be ideal for either an established sales manager or a senior business developer looking to transition into a senior management position. You must be able to display a work ethic that is second to none and have the ability to inspire those around you to maximise performance in line with the company’s growth projections and commercial vision.
