Our client is a leading provider of cashflow finance within the UK, with multiple regional offices. The role involves developing and maintaining key customer relationships, implementing strategic account plans based on a deep understanding of customer needs, and delivering excellent results. The candidate should be curious, able to work with complex organizations to identify decision-makers, and comfortable using IT systems to manage knowledge of our products and services.
Main responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary relationship contact for a portfolio of clients at various stages
- Create and coordinate Key Account Plans to identify customer objectives and needs
- Maximize income through cross-sales, license sales, and promoting professional services
- Ensure strong commercial performance and address disputes proactively
- Negotiate commercial terms, including SLAs and product sales
- Visit clients regularly to discuss strategic matters and act as an escalation point
- Represent the voice of the customer within the company
- Escalate product or service issues and liaise with internal teams for effective responses
- Maintain accurate records in CRM and other systems
The ideal candidate is outgoing, a team player, and capable of managing a diverse SME portfolio while providing exceptional service and maintaining risk awareness. Strong communication skills and a positive attitude are essential.
