An exciting opportunity has arisen within a well-established team for someone to manage a portfolio of invoice discounting clients. The successful candidate will have a good technical background, as you will manage a portfolio of key clients, ensuring the provision of high-quality service and associated financing at an appropriate fee structure while maintaining the security of the finance made available.
You will be responsible for:
- Undertaking visits to existing clients when needed, in accordance with company guidelines and as relationship or security issues demand.
- Negotiating changes in terms and conditions with clients and their advisors, in accordance with company guidelines, and as relationship or security issues demand.
- Monitoring clients with respect to legal documentation and financial covenants, ensuring compliance with Credits Committee requirements and administration of the facility thereafter.
- Recommending and implementing solutions to any financial or administrative problems regarding clients.
- Making prepayments to clients in accordance with approvals and procedures.
- Ensuring clients receive an appropriate level of service to maximize client retention.
- Attending and participating in training, both internal and external, as required.
- Performing any other duties as allocated by the Directors from time to time.
- Monitoring client security, maintaining and analyzing financial statements.
