Our client, one of the UK’s leading providers of Asset Finance and Leasing requires a high-performing Regional Sales Manager to join their team in the North West.

Responsibilities

  • You will be tasked with increasing leasing revenues from new and existing IT, Photocopier, Telecom and other types of equipment resellers in your sales region ensuring a defined number of meetings per quarter with both new and existing resellers.
  • The role will require significant travel throughout your designated territory.
  • You will also work with Branch Administration colleagues to ensure Leasing Agreements are processed when required, but particularly at peak times during month and quarter end.

Qualifications

  • Leasing industry experience is not essential, however, to have completed a number of successful years in a Direct or Indirect Sales role is preferable.
  • An enthusiasm and desire to consistently achieve sales targets.
  • An ability to work unsupervised and to set personal objectives.
  • To be able to work in a small team environment.
  • Competence using Microsoft Office software, such as Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Use of bespoke software and full training on this will be given.
  • Eager to learn and have a basic understanding of financial analysis and credit.
  • Consistently achieve sales targets.
  • Selling to experienced sales people.
  • Consistently building on and winning new reseller relationships.
