The primary responsibilities of the successful candidate are:
- Liaising on a business-to-business level, via telephone and email, to gain new hard asset business on a direct basis.
- Canvassing leads for referral to the Head of Hard Asset for larger, more complex or ABL opportunities.
- Focusing on high-volume outbound telesales prospecting and processing proposals for the broker stream during the initial months.
- Transitioning into an account management role to focus on client retention and development.
- Achieving targets with regular review of KPIs on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
- Engaging in professional development with the possibility to advance to a Business Development Manager role.
