Our client, a market leading UK Fintech requires a talented, enthusiastic and ambitious Customer Success Manager to join their expanding team. The company provides specialist invoice finance facilities to businesses who operate in the contract recruitment sector, allowing them access to working capital that would be tied up in the outstanding invoices of their contract staff.

You will be responsible for the growth and retention of our existing customers, working cross-functionally to achieve the best engagement and customer experience for both high value and complex clients, across all product offerings. Furthermore, you will be delivering various tactical management and work requirements that are needed to make our customers a success, as well as mitigating risk, balancing service, and operational delivery, and ultimately driving a return.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Be the primary point of contact between to a portfolio of customers of high value and varying complexity.
  • Maximise a customer’s life-time value by ensuring that they receive an engaging, professional, and understanding service.
  • Support the on-boarding journey for the customer as well as in-life.
  • Carry out customer visits and reviews, providing in depth analysis on data and reporting pertaining to your portfolio customers.
  • Carry out surveys and audits of prospective and existing customers.

The successful candidate will have experience in portfolio management within an invoice finance environment or related customer success management with prior experience in relationship management.
