A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Business Development Manager/Broker Manager within a successful independent provider of Asset Finance, during an exciting period of growth. The successful candidate will be responsible for building, developing, and maintaining strong relationships with commercial finance brokers across your territory, which includes the North East, Yorkshire, and the East Midlands.
Working from home, you will generate new business opportunities from your network and liaise directly with clients to understand their lending needs and negotiate formal terms. You will also write detailed proposals supporting the proposed lending.
Key requirements:- Proven success in a field-based financial sales role.
- Comfortable working remotely.
- An existing network of commercial finance brokers is highly desirable but not essential.
- Experience in Asset Finance preferred, with strong credit skills and proposal-writing ability.
In return, you can expect a competitive salary up to £32,000, plus a car, uncapped commission, and additional benefits.
