A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced Invoice Finance credit specialist to join an exciting new-to-market independent lender with ambitious growth plans. The successful candidate will be responsible for ownership, credit monitoring, and risk control of existing client relationships, including:
- Audits
- Monitoring covenant compliance and ledger performance to ensure risk stays within agreed lending parameters (first line of defence)
- Conducting audits and surveys, ensuring examinations are completed timely, focusing on relevant business areas
- Managing collections and recovery of impaired cases
- Preparing credit committee documentation
For new clients (post-onboarding), responsibilities include:
- Pricing new transactions and supporting business development
- Developing risk pricing models for indicative and full quotations
Requirements:
- Strong understanding of Invoice Finance risk in underwriting, audit, survey, and customer management
- Flexible growth mindset; independent yet a team player
- Analytical skills with understanding of key collateral and risk drivers specific to SMEs
- Enthusiasm for working in a small, flexible invoice finance business
- Good knowledge of Dancerace (preferred)
