We are seeking an innovative provider of Business Finance solutions to appoint a Credit & Risk Manager to join their expanding Receivables Finance team in South West England.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the ongoing risk profile of the client portfolio.
  • Identify potential areas of commercial and operational risk.
  • Collaborate with the Board of Directors and Senior Management to implement a company-wide risk management programme.
  • Assess risks related to the company's invoice finance offerings across the UK.
  • Contribute to the company's credit team by underwriting a variety of lending proposals within commercial finance.
  • Apply accounting principles in a practical, commercial lending context.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in underwriting commercial finance proposals.
  • Thorough understanding of accounting principles applicable to lending.
  • Experience in Invoice Finance is preferred.
