Overview
An exciting opportunity has arisen within a well-established Client Operations team for one of the most progressive Invoice Finance companies in the UK.
The successful candidate will have a portfolio of key clients ensuring the provision of a high quality service and associated financing at an appropriate fee structure whilst maintaining the security of finance made available.
Responsibilities
You will be responsible for:
- Surveying prospective clients and assisting Business Development in establishing facilities for new clients.
- Acquiring new business as a result of exploiting relationships with Clients and their advisors.
- Undertaking visits to existing Clients in accordance with company guidelines and as relationship or security issues demand.
- Negotiate changes in terms and conditions with Clients and their advisors in accordance with company guidelines, and as relationship or security issues demand.
- Monitor clients with respect to legal documentation and financial covenants, ensuring compliance with Credits Committee requirements and administration of the facility thereafter.
- Solve and implement solutions to any financial or administrative problems regarding Clients.
- Make prepayments to Clients in accordance with approvals/procedures.
- Ensure the client receives an appropriate level of service, maximising client life.
- Attend and participate in training, internal and external, as agreed or required.
- Any other duties, which may be allocated by the Directors from time to time.
- Monitor client security, maintaining and analysing financial statements.
Benefits
£33,000 to £50,000 plus company car and excellent benefits.
