Client Executive- Invoice Finance – North West
An excellent opportunity has arisen to join one of the UK’s leading independent providers of commercial finance within their newly established Invoice Finance / Asset Based Lending division as a Client Executive.
Key Responsibilities:
- Dealing with client queries and resolving issues.
- Manage the daily client notifications of invoice schedules and monthly borrowing base of other Asset Based Lending assets.
- Completing monthly reconciliation of the client’s Accounts Receivable ledger.
- Updating the Account Receivables reserves on a monthly basis.
- Liaise with Finance to ensure debtor receipts are allocated and client payment requests are fulfilled.
- Opportunity to accompany the Client Manager on client on-boarding meetings and client visits.
- General portfolio administration – including updating Salesforce records and ensuring client’s accounts are received on time
Key Requirements:
- Numeric and computer literate
- Industry knowledge
- Knowledge of Microsoft office applications
The successful candidate will be rewarded with a market leading salary from £33,000 – £38,000, plus bonus and excellent benefits package.
