Role overview
- Support account managers with administrative tasks.
- Manage deals from initial quote to payout.
- Ensure accurate submission of information, correct completion of lease documents, and liaise with suppliers for deliveries.
- Maintain relationships with suppliers, customers, and account managers, providing regular updates.
- Upload data onto relevant systems in compliance with GDPR.
- Complete documents accurately, including rates and fees, according to funder or supplier terms.
- Gather information from suppliers, vendors, and customers for credit approval and pass to Underwriting.
- Assist in pre-underwriting due diligence checks.
- Follow up on proposals to ensure timely payout.
- Maintain up-to-date customer records on systems and databases.
- Operate within data protection, compliance, and HR policies.
Skills
- Excellent communication skills and high attention to detail.
Experience
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in the financial sector.
Knowledge
- Good knowledge of financial calculators, regulatory and compliance requirements, and completing finance and HP agreements.
