Business Development Manager – Invoice Finance Location – South East, North West & Yorkshire

Our client is an AIM-listed business specialising in providing a variety of funding solutions to UK businesses seeking finance to support their growth plans.

We are looking for three individuals in the South East, North West, and Yorkshire areas. These are new headcount roles to work with facilities up to £2m across various industry sectors. The company is experiencing significant growth and is seeking ambitious people to join the team and develop their careers further.

The role

The main responsibilities include:

  • Source and negotiate invoice finance facilities up to £2 million
  • Attend meetings with prospective clients to assess their funding needs
  • Generate new business through self-sourced leads
  • Manage the lead-to-deal pipeline, collaborating with the Operations team for smooth transitions
  • Prepare business proposals, including financial and survey data analysis for credit committee review
  • Participate in networking and promotional events to increase regional brand awareness
  • Ensure compliance with data protection, company policies, and regulatory requirements
  • Handle customer matters professionally and consistently, reflecting company values

Experience

Candidates should ideally have 5 years of experience in Invoice Finance in a Business Development role or over 3 years in financial services.
