Our client, a leading independent provider of Financial Services to businesses requires a Relationship Manager to join their expanding team in the Midlands. You will be responsible for the day-to-day management of a portfolio of Invoice Finance facilities, delivering a high level of customer service and ensuring that commercially sound and profitable relationships are maintained within set targets.
Key responsibilities:
- Monitoring client's financial performance, identifying opportunities and risk.
- Completing facility reviews, adhering to risk frameworks, and performing client visits.
- To work collaboratively with your colleagues within Sales, Risk and Operations to ensure effective delivery of client service throughout the lifetime of the client.
- To develop and maintain the company's brand and business reputation in the local area.
Operational experience within Invoice Finance and/or wider Commercial Lending is essential.
