Assistant Relationship Manager – Invoice Finance – Manchester

Our client, one of the UK’s leading independent providers of Financial Services to businesses requires an Assistant Relationship Manager to join their growing team in the North West.

Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary day to day point of contact to support and work with the Relationship Manager in maximising client life and satisfaction by managing client relationships.
  • To work collaboratively with your colleagues within Sales, Risk and Operations to ensure effective delivery of client service throughout the life time of the client and ensuring TCF principles are adhered to.
  • To support and work with Relationship Managers to identify opportunities to add value to client relationships both from the client’s and company perspective ensuring pricing reflects client risk and management, and that opportunities to provide additional services / products are identified.
  • Completing (or requesting from IF Legal) all types of searches for prospects to comply with AML and KYC.
  • Supporting the Regional office in completing the payout process, including but not limited to C3 set-up, ledger loading, arranging Debt Verifications, UK Finance references and liaising with IF Legal regarding documentation.
  • To ensure that you adhere to and consistently apply company policies and procedures.

Key skills and responsibilities

  • Ability to prioritise a demanding workload.
  • Experience in Invoice Finance or similar industry.
