Working closely with client stakeholders, delivery teams, and third-party partners, they will help organisations realise measurable business value and sustainable transformation outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:

Lead delivery planning, governance, resource coordination and assurance activities, managing vendors and third parties to ensure contractual commitments, service levels, dependencies and delivery milestones are achieved. Establish and maintain effective delivery governance, including plans, reporting, RAID management, milestone tracking, dependency management and benefits realisation. Manage project-level change without disrupting business operations.
- Procurement Transformation: Apply expertise in source-to-contract and procure-to-pay processes to shape project deliverables and outcomes. Lead or support sourcing and supplier management activities, including tender events, RFPs, supplier evaluation, commercial negotiations, supplier onboarding, managed service procurements and contract lifecycle management. Lead the procurement, evaluation, selection and mobilisation of managed service providers, ensuring business, commercial, operational and service management requirements are defined and successfully transitioned into service. Support the transition from programme delivery into business-as-usual service operations, ensuring effective service governance, supplier management and operational readiness. Coordinate cross-functional teams across procurement, finance, operations, and IT. Track workstream costs, change requests, data, and spend analytics, and support forecasting and approvals.
- Stakeholder Leadership: Build trusted relationships with senior client stakeholders, including CPOs, procurement leadership, legal, finance and steering committee members, influencing decisions and driving alignment. Align business SMEs, product owners, technical SMEs, and external partners to ensure coordinated delivery. Facilitate workshops and provide clear and structured updates to senior stakeholders and steering committees.
- Practice and People Development: Contribute to business development, proposals, thought leadership and procurement transformation propositions. Develop procurement reusable delivery assets, methodologies, capability offerings and internal capability. Lead and develop delivery teams through coaching, mentoring and performance support.
Skills and Competencies:
- Delivery and Consulting Leadership: Strong understanding of programme and project management methodologies and delivery governance. Proven ability to lead complex procurement transformation programmes or workstreams from initiation through to delivery. Strong stakeholder management, influencing and communication skills, with experience engaging senior client stakeholders and steering committees. Strong planning, organisational, delivery management and problem-solving capabilities. Experience leading teams through coaching, mentoring and performance support. Commercial awareness and an understanding of consulting delivery environments. Experience supporting business development activities, proposals, client growth initiatives or consulting proposition development.
- Procurement Transformation Expertise: Proven experience delivering procurement transformation initiatives and business change programmes.
