b Overview /b p In this senior, client-facing leadership role, you will grow the UK xTech AI, Data and Cloud practice and translate technology ambition into measurable business value at scale. You will shape strategy, governance and go-to-market initiatives while building a high-performing, multidisciplinary team. You’ll lead major transformations spanning Generative AI, data platforms and cloud architectures, partnering with executives and technology providers. This is a strategic role with impact on client outcomes and BIP’s AI and cloud footprint in the UK. /p b Responsibilities /b ul li Define and execute the UK xTech AI, Data and Cloud Centre of Excellence strategy and portfolio /li li Own the practice commercial performance including pipeline, revenue, margin and utilisation /li li Lead client engagements and solution shaping for multi-stakeholder environments /li li Set technology and architecture direction for AI, data and cloud programmes, ensuring scalable, secure, production-ready solutions /li li Build and develop a multidisciplinary team; manage partner relationships for joint pipeline and delivery /li li Lead proposals, pitches and thought leadership to grow BIPs AI and cloud offering in the UK /li li Coordinate with global AI, data and cloud strategy to align priorities /li /ul b Key requirements /b ul li 10+ years in AI, data and analytics, cloud or technology consulting with senior leadership experience /li li Track record delivering large-scale AI, Generative AI, cloud or digital transformation programmes /li li Credibility across data, AI and cloud architecture; ability to steer technical teams /li li Experience building/scaling a practice or multidisciplinary team /li li Commercial accountability and success in growing accounts through proposals and partnerships /li li Strong communication, stakeholder management and executive-level problem-solving skills /li li Entrepreneurial, collaborative, and able to work across international and cross-functional teams /li /ul ul li executive presence /li li stakeholder management /li li problem-solving /li li Artificial intelligence, Generative AI, Agentic AI /li li LLMs, retrieval-augmented generation, AI agents, automation /li li Machine learning and advanced analytics /li /ul
