- Must have:
- Solid 2nd line support experience — confident resolving most issues independently and knowing when to escalate.
- Comfortable with hardware: building, upgrading, and diagnosing laptops and PCs.

- Previous experience as the sole IT person on a site.
Responsibilities:
- Day-to-day IT support for the Guildford office — desk-side help, troubleshooting, and first point of contact for on-site issues.
