We are looking for a proactive and solutions-focused Complaints Officer to join our team. In this role, you will investigate and resolve customer concerns, identify solutions to problems, and help ensure our customers receive a fair and positive experience. You will deal with a range of customer issues including complaints, feedback, service concerns, and general escalations.

This role plays an important part in ensuring customers are treated fairly while helping the business identify improvements across our processes, systems, and overall customer journey.
