We convene, campaign and consult with business to tackle society’s most pressing challenges, from climate change and place-based regeneration to inequality, workplace wellbeing, and inclusive growth.

We are currently looking for a knowledgeable Work Experience Coordinator to be part of establishing the new Coventry Careers Hub. The role will involve:
- Establishing strong and trusted relationships with schools, colleges and businesses, based on a strong understanding of the challenges and opportunities of each stakeholder.
- Working at pace to establish the hub, and being adaptable, tenacious, determined, positive and resilient with the ability to deal with ambiguity in a changing environment.
- Demonstrating a strong understanding of the careers landscape and relevant government policy - translating these into activity and impact locally.
The successful candidate will have a good understanding and knowledge of responsible business issues (with an appetite to learn more), as well as school culture and the challenges faced by schools in delivering careers and enterprise. This is a part-time role working 17.5 hours per week. The salary quoted is therefore pro rata'd to reflect this. This post, due to its nature, duties and responsibilities, will be subject to a satisfactory disclosure from the Disclosure and Barring Service (known as a DBS check).
