General client enquiries – Specialist Advisers are the thematic lead for their respective technical area and provide knowledge and expertise across the service; developing innovative and engaging content and resources for use by clients and colleagues, directly and indirectly contributing to the attainment of related KPIs.
As part of the Relationship Managed Programme, Specialist Advisers provide support to clients directly on specialist area projects, as assigned by Relationship Managers or Business Support Assessors as part of the client’s ‘Roadmap for Growth’ (RFG).
