Client enquiries go through a diagnostic process to identify key issues aligned with:
- Incorporating energy and resource efficiency and new low carbon technologies
- Developing new resource efficient ways of working and long-term change
- Dealing with the economic impacts of the energy crisis
General client enquiries - Specialist Advisers are the thematic lead for their respective technical area and providing knowledge and expertise across the service; developing innovative and engaging content and resources for use by clients and colleagues, directly and indirectly contributing to the attainment of related KPIs.
As part of the Relationship Managed Programme, Specialist Advisers provide support to clients directly on specialist area projects, as assigned by Relationship Managers or Business Support Assessors as part of the client’s ‘Roadmap for Growth’ (RFG).
