About the team

The Experience Team defines how our customers, riders, restaurants, and employees interact with Deliveroo's products and services end-to-end. Based in London, our diverse team has a global impact. We cook up accessible, localised, and inclusive products for customers in Singapore, riders in France, grocery chains in Qatar, restaurant kitchens in Dubai, and beyond.

We're hiring a Product Designer to join our Headquarters in London. This role will be within the Consumer team, with a focus on designing great experiences for our customers.

What You'll Do

  • Marketing Strategy & Leadership – Define and own our marketing strategy from 0→1, with a focus on high-impact execution from day one.
  • Content Execution & Ownership – Take full ownership of our content calendar, including a monthly newsletter, blog posts, LinkedIn content, webinars, and internal insights.
  • Demand Generation – Lead early-stage demand generation efforts, executing email campaigns, managing lead capture and nurture workflows, and collaborating with sales.
  • Product Marketing & Collateral – Create and maintain core marketing materials such as one-pagers, pitch decks, case studies, and internal enablement tools.
  • Website, Email & Digital Tools – Manage and maintain our website, handle routine updates, resolve bugs, and coordinate with contractors.
  • Press, PR & Thought Leadership – Lead our press strategy, securing announcements, thought leadership, and media outreach.
  • Events & Conferences – Manage the execution of our events and conference calendar, including logistics, materials, and representation.
  • Client Gifts & Swag – Oversee client gifting and swag initiatives, ensuring brand reflection and engagement.
  • Project Ownership – Bring clarity, decisiveness, and momentum to everything you own, managing up effectively and maintaining high engineering standards.

Who You Are

  • 10+ years of experience in B2B marketing, with a strong focus on content creation and product marketing.
  • High-output doer and strategic thinker; loves setting direction and executing with speed and precision.
  • Excellent writer; fast, clear, and able to turn raw input into crisp, compelling copy.
  • Strong bias toward execution and ownership; energized by making things happen.
  • Digitally fluent; manages workflows, publishing platforms, and lightweight integrations.
  • Can work across functions, ask great questions, and translate complex information into audience-friendly content.
  • Assertive, decisive, comfortable making the call; has experience running or supporting marketing for webinars, content calendars, demand generation programs, and product collateral.
  • Experience in renewable energy is a plus but not required.
  • Thrives in 0→1 environments, enjoys building lasting systems, and takes pride in putting a stamp on things.

Compensation

The starting base salary for this role is between $180,000 and $200,000 with an equity award as part of your all-in compensation.
