In Another Place is looking for a Finance person to join as a Trustee.
We would like someone with an accounting background who can undertake all roles within a finance function.
The charity is a small local charity based in Bootle Strand, though most of the role can be done (and has been done) at home.
Attendance at a monthly Trustees meeting is required presenting the figures to other Trustees.
The role, if done properly, occupies around 8 to 10 hours a week and includes everything from processing payroll, invoices, sales, bank reconciliations and year end accounts.
Adhoc projects are often undertaken from time to time.
The charity is a Christian charity, and whilst this is neither essential nor absolutely required, the Trustees would prefer someone from a Christian background.
