The Chair and Board members will provide strategic leadership and oversight of Northern Rascals CIC, ensuring strong governance, legal compliance and delivery of community benefit.
Working collectively, the Board helps shape and review strategy, oversees finances and risk, approves reports and policies, and ensures compliance with company and CIC regulations.
Board members will support the Co-Directors through their professional and lived experience, offering insight, challenge and encouragement, while championing diversity and inclusion, contributing to fundraising and networks, and acting in the best interests of the organisation at all times.
We are particularly seeking Board members with financial, legal and governance experience.
