We envisage the successful candidate will have considerable experience in micro-business finances / accountancy, as well as some experience in the company secretarial role.

This is a very similar structure to a for-profit limited company, with the main difference that the directors can’t take profits out of the company. Therefore, whilst it would be helpful, it’s not important to have experience of CICs.
