Use your professional experience to make a difference in education across Cornwall. Truro and Penwith College is looking for new Governors and Committee Members to join our experienced and committed Board. Our Governors play an important role in shaping the College’s strategic direction and supporting our mission to provide outstanding opportunities for young people, adults, and employers across Cornwall.
We’re particularly keen to hear from people with experience in:
- Finance or Estates – joining our Finance, Infrastructure & People (FIP) Committee
- Health & Safety or Audit – joining our Audit, Risk & Assurance (ARA) Committee
You don’t need to have every skill listed — we value curiosity, good judgement, and a genuine interest in helping the College and its students thrive. This is a voluntary role with expenses covered, and you’ll be joining a supportive and forward-thinking Board that’s proud to play its part in Cornwall’s success story.
