Role specification
The Finance, Audit & Risk Committee plays a key part in the Charity, overseeing the Charity\’s accounting, risk, finance and audit processes and policies. It also ensures there is an appropriate risk management framework in place.
Person specification
We\’d particularly welcome candidates who have experience of:
- accounting
- risk
- finance and audit processes and policies
- risk management frameworks
We welcome candidates with experience in any of these fields.

Terms of appointment
The Committee meets no less than three times per year at our offices in Rugby (with the option of some hybrid/virtual meetings). Committee members are appointed for a three-year term, after which they may be re-appointed by the Board of Trustees.
As a committee member you will have:
- induction, training and reasonable expenses reimbursed
- opportunities to make strategic decisions and develop new skills
