Business First / B1 Your Space Ltd is currently inviting applications for the role of Receptionist at one of our prestigious Business Centres in Blackburn. This is a front-of-house, customer-focused role within a professional environment. As a premium provider of commercial office space across the North West, we are looking for a personable and highly organised individual who is passionate about delivering excellent service.
The successful candidate will work closely with the Centre Manager, who oversees the Blackburn sites, to ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the business centre and to uphold the highest standards of customer care. Flexibility to cover other local sites when required is essential, so applicants must hold a full UK driving licence and have access to a vehicle.
Key Responsibilities:- Greeting visitors and tenants in a professional and friendly manner
- Handling telephone and email enquiries, and directing them appropriately
- Managing boardroom bookings, property viewings, and inputting data into internal systems
- Sorting incoming and outgoing post and coordinating parcel deliveries
- Supporting a range of administrative tasks as required
- Providing a consistently high standard of customer service
- Working confidently and courteously as the first point of contact
- Travelling to and providing cover at other nearby sites when necessary
- Previous experience in a reception, administrative, or customer service role
- Professional, enthusiastic, and approachable demeanour
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with strong grammar and numeracy
- Ability to multitask while remaining attentive to detail
- Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
- Confident with Microsoft Office and general computer systems
- Commercial property awareness is desirable but not essential
- Full UK driving licence and access to a car required
Working Hours:
Monday to Thursday: 8:30am – 5:00pm
Friday: 8:30am – 4:00pm
