We are seeking a seasoned Senior Business Consultant to join our growing consulting practice.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end consulting engagements from discovery to delivery
- Facilitate workshops, presentations, and strategy sessions with senior clients
- Develop compelling business cases, roadmaps, and implementation plans
- Mentor and develop junior consultants on the team
- Build and maintain trusted client relationships to generate repeat business
- Contribute to proposals, thought leadership, and practice development
Requirements
- 7+ years of business consulting or management consulting experience
- Proven track record of delivering complex transformation projects
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and executive presence
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, or related field (MBA preferred)
- Experience in a Big 4 or boutique consulting firm is a plus
