What the Role Involves
- As a Virtual Sales Manager (also called a Virtual TeleSales Specialist), you’ll guide clients through important financial decisions — all from your home office.
- Meet with clients over virtual calls to understand their needs and offer tailored insurance solutions.
- Work exclusively with warm leads — no cold calling, door-knocking, or bothering your friends and family.
- Complete our guided training program and get your state life insurance license (if you’re not licensed yet).
- Provide excellent service and follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction.
- Set and achieve personal and team goals.
- Represent the company with professionalism, honesty, and a client-first mindset.
