Enthusiastic administrator wanted to join a growing commercial insurance brokerage.
Your main role will be to support the client journey — from completing business written by the sales team through to organising up-and-coming renewals.
You will be liaising with clients, third-party providers and other members of staff to ensure that the client experience is consistently smooth, positive and delivered to an exceptional standard.

To succeed in this role, you must have a positive attitude, be organised, be professional with an eye for detail and be willing to embrace new ways of working as in-house systems evolve.
Key responsibilities will include
- Answering the phones and taking clear messages, screening and directing calls to the appropriate member of the team. A polite telephone manner is therefore key.
- Working closely with and assisting other members of staff as and when required.
- Managing the electronic client records.
- Managing customer renewals.
- Efficient and timely issue of customer documentation.
- Undertaking post sale file checks on a timely basis.
- Assisting with other administration tasks as required.
Previous experience within the commercial insurance industry is useful but not essential as full training will be given.

Ideally, this is a full-time permanent role with a 5 day/ 7-hours per day working week - exact hours to be agreed.
