We are currently recruiting for a Turkish Speaking Business Development Officer to join our office in Southampton. This role will require an individual who will proactively engage and convert hot new business leads. They will conduct quality customer conversations to fact find and understand their needs and upsell and cross-sell solutions.
The successful Business Development Officer will need to possess excellent communication and customer service skills as well as strong commercial acumen to proactively engage and drive new business opportunities.
- Serve as the main point of contact, providing tailored services and ensuring compliance.
- Proactively handle all service inquiries, converting them into new opportunities.
- Grow revenue by cross-selling services, engaging new clients, and meeting monthly/quarterly/yearly KPIs.
- Run webinars, podcasts, identify new opportunities, and attend industry events to network and represent the firm.
- Produce marketing material with external partners and other service providers.
- Assist in maintaining partner relationships via organizing events and managing network groups.
- Able to take full management responsibility for a portfolio of clients expanding over the UK and the rest of Europe.
- Ensure that all databases and systems are accurate and complete.
- Demonstrate and apply commercial acumen.
- Collaborate with the team in a positive manner.
- Actively connect with Managers and Directors to suggest any contributions to improve procedures.
Previous experience in Accountancy is not essential as full training will be provided.
A background in direct sales and customer service.
- Fluency in Turkish and English.
- Confident, professional, and friendly to ensure customer relationships are of the highest quality.
- Excellent telephone and writing skills.
- Motivated to achieve targets and interested in helping customers expand & improve their business.
