Role Description

This is a part-time hybrid role for a Human Resources Consultant located in Raynes Park in SW London, with some work from home acceptable. We are looking for a dynamic and confident HR Consultant to join our growing team. If you are an experienced Human Resources professional, have a strong foundation in HR Operations, think strategically and commercially and love building relationships, with an ability to turn complex workforce challenges into actionable solutions, this is the perfect opportunity for you.

The successful applicant will act as a trusted advisor, helping our clients with compliance and implementing strategic HR plans that boost performance to foster positive cultures, and enhance the employee experience. As you will be joining a growing business, you may sometimes be asked to attend networking and business events with the team, with a view to building long-term relationships with prospective clients and introducers.

You’ll also play a key part in refining our own internal HR practices, supporting our mission to create workplaces where people truly thrive.
