Job Description
We’re thrilled to announce the upcoming opening of our brand-new boutique in the heart of Hampstead, one of London’s most charming and vibrant neighbourhoods. To bring this exciting project to life, we’re looking for passionate, customer-focused individuals to join us from the very beginning. This is a unique opportunity to be part of a founding team, shape the store experience, and grow with us as we establish our presence in this iconic area. If you have a love for retail, a strong sense of service, and the energy to thrive in a dynamic environment, we’d love to hear from you.
Reporting to the Store Manager, you will be responsible for:
- Welcoming and advising our customers with the aim of optimising turnover
- Building customer loyalty
- Ensuring compliance with the brand's visual identity (merchandising)
- Participating in the day-to-day running of the store: processing deliveries, taking payments, monitoring sales indicators
Preferred Experience
At Jonak, personality is what counts above all else! You have excellent presentation and communication skills and natural interpersonal skills. You are thorough, organised, versatile and passionate about retail! You are available to work one or two Sundays per month. French speaker would be much appreciated but not mandatory.
