You will develop and govern the training plan, oversee needs analysis, and drive the design and delivery of engaging learning solutions to support Ellucian Banner implementation.
You will collaborate with programme colleagues, business analysts and IT teams, providing direction and quality assurance to training officers while ensuring alignment with the wider change strategy
