We’re looking for a skilled and motivated Sous Chef to support the Head Chef in leading the kitchen team, maintaining high standards, and delivering outstanding food. What You’ll Be Doing:
- Supporting the Head Chef – ensuring smooth kitchen operations and high food quality.
- Supervising food safety & hygiene standards – maintaining a safe, clean and compliant kitchen.
- Preparing high-quality dishes – using fresh, seasonal ingredients to create our signature café menu.
- Training & mentoring junior chefs – helping to develop skills and maintain consistency.
- Managing food prep & cooking – ensuring consistency, speed, and presentation standards.
- Overseeing stock management – supporting ordering, stock take, entering stock, and stock reconciliation.
- Ensuring kitchen organisation – keeping a clean, efficient, and well-stocked work environment.
- Working as part of a team – supporting colleagues to keep operations running smoothly.
What We’re Looking For:
- A skilled & passionate chef – with previous experience as a Sous or Senior Chef de Partie.
