Experienced Garden Maintenance & Aftercare Gardener. This isn’t just maintenance. This is stewardship. At Bushy Business, we have been making and maintaining gardens that matter since 1996. These are not gardens that are simply maintained. They are managed, developed and improved over time.
You will be part of our Maintenance & Aftercare team, responsible for the ongoing care of high-end private gardens. Your work will include:
- Lawn care, hedge cutting and fine pruning
- Detailed border management and seasonal planting
- Training and shaping shrubs, climbers and fruit trees
- Irrigation checks and monitoring plant health
- Maintaining hard landscaping elements
- Working professionally with clients on site
This is skilled horticulture. Not basic maintenance.
What We’re Looking For
You will:
- Have 4+ years’ experience in garden maintenance or horticulture
- Have strong plant knowledge and understand seasonal management
- Hold a full UK driving licence
- Communicate clearly and professionally
- Take ownership of your work and maintain high standards
Desirable but not essential:
- Level 2 Horticulture qualification or higher
- PA1 / PA6 Irrigation knowledge
- Machinery certificates
Most importantly, you care about quality and consistency.
