We are pleased to be recruiting for an experienced MOT Tester at our Horncastle branch.
The branch offers a quality Fast Fit Service to our customers, including but not limited to, tyre fitting (car, van & 4×4), alignments, batteries ect, in addition to MOT/Service work.
Role Purpose:
- Conduct thorough Class 4 MOT tests, communicating with the Site Manager and customer to effectively explain the results
- You will also carry out maintenance and repair work, as part of a small team your role will be integral to providing a high level of customer service.
- Understand and adhere to all relevant Health and Safety requirements, including policies and procedures
- Communicate the Bush Group vision for “quality at all costs”.
Key duties and responsibilities:
- Deliver work to the highest standard to fulfil our high customer service standards
- Self educate on technical information with the assistance of internal training and relevant external training courses
- Complete all relevant administration paperwork in detail.
- Contribute to good housekeeping routines
This role is 42 hours per week.
Proven Class 4 MOT qualification and previous experience in a similar role is essential.
