Commercial Manager, Darlington

Darlington Full Time Up to £40,000 DOE per annum

Due to continued expansion, we are recruiting an experienced Commercial Manager for our Darlington branch.

About the Branch

The Darlington branch provides first-class tyre and fast-fit services to the public and surrounding areas, including mobile fitting for cars, vans, commercial, and agricultural tyres.

Role Responsibilities

What does this role involve?

• Liaising with customers to organize all incoming mobile fitting jobs via our bespoke electronic system.
• Invoicing completed jobs daily.
• Arranging fleet work to maintain current contracts.
• Proactively managing account customers, maintaining relationships, and acquiring new customers.
• Managing stock levels and re-order requirements.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

• Overseeing staff actions and conduct, ensuring compliance with legislation (HSE, Employment Law, etc.).
• Motivating, training, and developing staff; assisting with recruitment according to company policies and employment laws; ensuring HR procedures are followed (appraisals, investigations, etc.).
• Maintaining high standards of organization.

You will be supported by key personnel within the company. Full training will be provided, but experience in a similar role is essential.

Working Hours & Salary

Working hours are 45 hours per week within our operating hours and as required by the business.

Salary is DOE.
