Our Grimsby branch is currently recruiting for a motivated and experienced Technician to join their team.
B A Bush and Son Ltd, part of the Bush Group, is a 4th generation family-run business based in Horncastle, Lincolnshire. The Grimsby branch offers a quality Fast Fit Service to our customers, including tyre fitting (car, van & 4×4), alignments, batteries, exhausts, etc. As part of a small team, your role will be vital in providing high levels of customer service.
Role Purpose:
- Carry out tyre and fast fit work daily, including tyre fitting, balancing, puncture repairs, wheel alignment checks and adjustments, batteries, and brakes.
- Understand and adhere to all relevant Health and Safety policies and procedures.
- Communicate the Bush Group’s vision of “quality at all costs”.
Key duties and responsibilities:
- Deliver work to the highest standards to meet our customer service expectations.
- Self-educate on tyre technical information with internal and external training courses.
- Complete all relevant administration paperwork accurately.
- Maintain good housekeeping routines.
This role is 42 hours per week, and salary depends on experience.
