Bourne Full Time Up to £28,500 DOE per annum
Our Bourne branch is currently recruiting for a motivated and experienced Technician to join their team.
B A Bush and Son Ltd, part of the Bush Group, is a 4th generation family-run business based in Horncastle, Lincolnshire. We operate multiple branches across the East of England, staffed by industry experts. We aim to promote from within whenever possible and are proud to offer a career for life.
The Bourne branch offers a quality Fast Fit Service to our customers, including tyre fitting (car, van & 4×4), alignments, batteries, exhausts, etc. As part of a small team, your role will be integral to providing a high level of customer service.
Role Purpose:
- Carry out tyre and fast fit work, including tyre fitting, balancing, puncture repairs, wheel alignment checks and adjustments, batteries, and brakes.
- Understand and adhere to all relevant Health and Safety requirements, policies, and procedures.
- Communicate the Bush Group vision for “quality at all costs”.
Key duties and responsibilities:
- Deliver work to the highest standard to meet our customer service standards.
- Self-educate on tyre technical information with internal and relevant external training courses.
- Complete all relevant administration paperwork accurately.
- Contribute to good housekeeping routines.
This role is 42 hours per week, and salary is dependent on experience.
