We are looking for an experienced Beauty Therapist, who is very motivated and passionate about the beauty and spa industry.
- NVQ level 3 or equivalent in SPA/BEAUTY QUALIFICATION
- Ideally qualified in Deep tissue massage, Indian Head massage, Swedish Massage, & Reflexology (ideal but not essential)
- Minimum 1 year Spa experience
- Strong knowledge of anatomy & physiology & skin care principles
- Ability to work as part of a team or independently when needed
- Exceptional customer service skills, warm friendly professional manner
- Outstanding time management & organisational skills with the ability to manage back to back treatments in a calm & efficient manner whilst ensuring the highest standards of care & satisfaction to every treatment
- Building & nurturing strong relationships with clients fostering loyalty & repeat business and the ability to upsell retail
- Maintaining cleanliness & hygiene standards throughout the Spa & Thermal suite
