We currently have a position available in our kitchen for a sous chef. This position is a varied role within a busy hotel kitchen, catering for residents, guests, weddings and functions. You will need to have previous experience within a busy kitchen.

- Carry out any reasonable duty to assist in the smooth running of the kitchen.
Experience is essential. Applicants must be fully qualified in catering and possess a basic hygiene certificate. The ability to work as part of an established and efficient team in a fast-paced environment, as well as on your own initiative, is of vital importance.
The successful applicant must be flexible to work varying hotel shift patterns. Salary is negotiable.
