A Unique Opportunity to Join Bushmills Distillery. Bushmills Distillery is the home of the famous Bushmills Irish Whiskey. It is one of the Causeway Coast's top visitor attractions, receiving approximately 200,000 visitors per year from all over the globe. We are now looking for an enthusiastic and talented individual to join our team.
The Site PA will work closely with the Site Head and Managerial staff to provide organisational and administrative support in a variety of everyday tasks as requested. The role will involve acting as the first point of contact when dealing with correspondences relating to the Site Head, managing diaries, organising meetings and appointments. This position will be for a period of up to 14 months to cover maternity leave.
To apply you must have:
- Two years recent administration/diary management experience
- GCSE English and Maths, grade C or above or equivalent is essential
- Highly computer literate, with experience of using Microsoft Windows
- General Administrative experience, for example typing letters, photocopying, creating reports is also essential
- Excellent organisation skills, with a can-do attitude
- Excellent communication and customer care skills
- Must have a sense of confidentiality and be able to always maintain this
- Ability to work unsupervised, using own initiative
Desirable:
- NVQ Level 2 or equivalent in Business Administration is desirable but not essential
- Previous experience working with figures and drawing up reports containing statistical data would be desirable
- Previous experience of raising purchase orders
