Come and join the team! An exciting opportunity has arisen for casual Activity Assistants to join an enthusiastic and friendly team within InspireAll. We are seeking individuals with boundless enthusiasm and energy to host our parties, staff our climbing area and assist the catering team. If you enjoy having fun whilst working, then this may be the job for you!
Responsibilities include:
- To lead children’s birthday parties and liaising with the general public.
- To meet and assist party customers when arriving at the centre.
- To ensure that all equipment is in order before the customer arrives.
- To ensure the tea party room is set up to the customer’s requirement and is clean and safe before and after.
- Assist with catering requirements for the party.
- Serve hot drinks and snacks to the party parents during the party.
- Coordinate any games and monitor the structure of the party.
Required skills and experience:
- Knowledge of Children’s parties or similar children’s activities.
- Be outgoing and or have a fun disposition.
- To have excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Experience with children and young people aged 3-14 years.
- Run Climbing Sessions.
