Requiredfor January 2026 we are looking to appoint an exceptional, enthusiastic anddedicated professional, with drive and ambition, to join an experienced andeffective leadership team.
Theideal candidate will play a full senior leadership role within the school with aparticular whole school responsibility as SENDCo. A key responsibility will beto lead the experienced and cohesive Learning Support Team. The positionprovides an exciting opportunity in a school which is committed to high qualityteaching and learning and student success. Building on the success of our longstandingreputation for inclusion, you will play a key role as we move to the next stagein our development to achieve even greater success.
Witha proud history of a PNI Base having been on our site for several previousdecades and with the more recent £1.4 million development of a SpecialistResource Provision at the school, we have the ambition to further develop as acentre of excellence. We have the capacity to be able to offer expertise andsupport to schools across our growing Multi Academy Trust (currently consistingof three schools, Bushey Meads School, Little Reddings Primary School and HartsbournePrimary School) and the wider local area. We also want to develop, recruit andretain the highest calibre of staff who can work effectively to secureexcellent progress for all our students, especially those on the wider SENDregister at the school.
BusheyMeads School is a great place to work; we have strong links with local primaryschools and good practice and ideas are shared across the Trust. Transport links are good with the M1, M25, A1and A41 being close by and local bus routes are only a short walk.
