We\’re excited to present a rare and exciting opportunity for an Inbound Sales Agent to join the team at our Head Office, based in Horncastle.
This role is based within our Agricultural Sales and Distribution division and involves a variety of tasks such as;

• Managing inbound sales queries for Agricultural and HGV tyres via incoming channels and keeping an up to date log on our bespoke sales system
• Communicating with customers to provide quotes, technical information and administrative paperwork
• Sourcing stock internally or from suppliers and liaising with our warehouses for distribution of customer orders
• Liaising with the Finance department for payments and credit limits
• Occasionally making outbound calls to customers during promotions

What do we need from you?
A background in sales and tyre knowledge is beneficial, but not essential as full training will be given. Up to date knowledge/experience with computer systems (Outlook, Microsoft Word/Excel etc) is advantageous.

This role is 40 hours per week within our operating hours (Monday-Friday)
