Vehicle Technician, Grimsby – Full Time – Up to £30,000 DOE per annum

Due to the workload and fast‑paced nature of the branch, we need a Lead Vehicle Technician/Assistant Service Manager. The role mainly involves quality‑checking vehicles before they leave the workshop, completing invoices, and assisting the manager and service manager with office‑based duties.

Day‑to‑Day Responsibilities

• Carry out tyre checks, puncture repairs and remove/fitting/balancing car, van and 4×4/SUV tyres.
• Conduct wheel alignment checks and adjustments, and perform fast‑fit work such as fitting batteries and brakes.
• Quality‑check vehicles before they leave the workshop, complete invoices, and support the manager and service manager with office duties.

What do we need from you?

We’re looking for someone who delivers consistent customer service, adheres to company policies, procedures and HR/H&S legislation, and has experience in vehicle maintenance and service management.
