Job Description
We are looking for an experienced, proactive and highly organised General Manager to manage the day to day administration and operation of our venue.
Hours: 35 hours per week, across at least 5 days excluding a 1 hour unpaid meal break. Regular evening and weekend work will be required for this role.
Contract type: Fixed term until 31 March 2026.

Purpose of the role
The General Manager is responsible for the smooth and efficient day-to-day running of the Bush Theatre with particular focus on the systems and operations of our building. You will lead our administration department and play a lead role in operations, HR and policy, as well as a supporting role in compliance, governance and planning.
